Dr. Dirk Sommer, Attorney at Law 

He is legal counsel and representative in civil law matters mainly. Dr. Sommer obtained his doctor’s degree 1967. From 1970 to 1974 he headed the Legal and Human Resources department of an industrial corporation located in Munich.

In May 1971 Dr. Sommer was admitted to the bar in Munich. Since 1974 he has worked as an independent lawyer in Munich. During the 1980ies, Dr. Sommer was member and chairman of the advisory board of an Austrian chemical company group.

Dr. Sommer advises and represents mainly medium-sized companies in civil law matters, in particular the following areas:
